A metal washer and an elastomer lip in one part

A bonded seal is used on bolted ports and fittings where the metal washer takes clamp load and the elastomer provides the seal. Self-centering versions help locate the part on the thread during assembly.

Start from an Auter reference or a thread size. If the hardware is unmarked, a drawing, caliper dimensions or a sample is enough to begin a review.
